A local high school here in Hamilton, NJ, has students that have an interest in finance/accounting and has asked us to share in this opportunity to show the students, all about restaurant accounting. We are teaching them the inner workings of an accounting office and working with people in the finance business. They assist in helping us call vendors, reconcile vendor statements, and learn various accounting software.

Jeff has spent 28 years in the hospitality industry as a Restaurant Controller prior to opening STRICTLY RESTAURANTS™. His immense success is attributed in part to his detailed work experience in various positions within the restaurant industry and his strong financial background. Jeff and his family previously owned and operated their own restaurant/deli for several years. His last full-time position as CFO/Controller was with French Chef David Bouley which led them to start STRICTLY RESTAURANTS™ thereafter. As an industry insider, Jeff has come to understand what every position and individual brings to the success or failure of a restaurant.

Jeff has worked both the FOH (front of the house) and the BOH (back of the house) in various capacities then transitioned his way into the corporate office and is presently, the owner of his own business. He has the expertise and experience to turn a less profitable restaurant into a profitable business or an average restaurant into a Michelin star-worthy place. Lyn E. Hutton

Executive Assistant

Lyn earned a degree in Early Childhood Education while attending Burlington County College / Southern Illinois University. She holds several licenses including N.J. Notary and Cosmetologist & Hairstylist. Lyn and her husband owned their business in the late 1980s.

Lyn's career started with IBM, in the Office Products Division in Trenton, N.J., where she was employed for ten years. She later joined an IT Training School as the Admissions Manager while completing a course in Microsoft Office Suite. In 2002 she became employed in a school district in Burlington County where she served under ten superintendents as Senior Executive Assistant. In 2009 she was presented with the daunting task of preparing to host the arrival of a governor by facilitating several planned meetings while coordinating with N.J. State Police and the Governor’s Office.

Lyn retired after 30+ years in August of 2021. After several months she realized that she was not ready to leave the workforce. With an in-depth knowledge of office and administrative procedures, Lyn comes to STRICTLY RESTAURANTS™ with a record of achievement, impeccable work, and the highest moral character. Lyn has a likable personality with an extremely high work ethic. She is persistent and is truly a team player. Her intelligence, personality, and office skills ensure her success in the continued achievements as STRICTLY RESTAURANTS™ and Hospitality Services move forward under the leadership of the Founder/CEO.

Alexandra Loza

Accounts Payable

Alexandra graduated in 2017 from Mercer College Community College with an Accounting Degree. She worked 3 ½ years as a bookkeeper for a law firm in Ewing Township, N.J. Alex is proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office 365. She performs all reconciliation of vendor statements at STRICTLY RESTAURANTS™.

Alexandra recently joined STRICTLY RESTAURANTS™ to expand her abilities in Accounts Payable.

Liam Lavelle

Accounts Payable Supervisor

Liam is attending Southern New Hampshire University where he is completing his Accounting Degree in Business Administration. He has been employed with STRICTLY RESTAURANTS™ for more than 3 years. Liam desires to pursue a senior-level position in the family business. He does bank reconciliations for cash balance and accounts payable. His advanced knowledge of Excel allows him the ability to use spreadsheets, graphing, tables, calculations, and automation efficiently to process large quantities of data relevant to business tasks.

Christian Sensi

Junior Accountant

Christian graduated from Rowan College at Burlington County with a degree in accounting. He has over 7 years in the Military Reserves where he learned to adjust to many situations. He has been working with Excel for over 5 years. He handles everything from daily reports to end of month P&L reports (Profit & Loss). He is also excellent with Excel spreadsheets.

Carlos Leon

Junior Accountant

Carlos has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting that serves well at STRICTLY RESTAURANTS™ for analyzing and problem-solving that’s needed for transactions and data for the restaurant business. Many of his responsibilities include the ability to plan, prioritize, and meet endless deadlines. As a tech-savvy accountant, he is familiar with many advanced software programs that allow him the ability to organize financial records and keep data secured.

Carlos is a very vital part of STRICTLY RESTAURANTS’ financial department.

Amy Riopel

Staff Accountant

Amy has over 10+ years of restaurant experience working with many high-end establishments. She started in entry level positions in the hospitality industry and worked her way up to senior level positions including FOH management and corporate training. Amy started her financial career in Orlando, Florida with Church Street Concepts, a group of downtown nightclubs where she learned everything about what makes the nightlife establishments so successful. Then she transitioned to New York City where she assistant the Financial Manager of Dining Entertainment Group in finance and corporate management. Amy’s depth of experience and knowledge in the hospitality and finance industry makes her a strong asset to the STRICTLY RESTAURANTS™ team as the Field Audit Associate.

Peter Stapperfenne

Accountant 2

Peter has multiple responsibilities including generating client bank reconciliations, bill pay, general ledger accounting functions, daily flash reports, budgets, new client account setups using the Compeat Accounting Software. Peter's focus includes working on strategic planning for the growth of STRICTLY RESTAURANTS™ as well as our clients through analyzing current trends and operations, while projecting and researching potential future opportunities. His past experience in the restaurant industry includes all aspects of the Front of the House positions. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in Accounting from Rider University.

Yaron Talmor

Staff Accountant

Yaron is a staff accountant at STRICTLY RESTAURANTS™ and graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in accounting. He has over three years restaurant experience where he prepares financial statements for clients ranging from large multi-location restaurants to high-end single location restaurants. He generates complex multi-entity daily sales reports and analyzes weekly trends. He is proficient at performing bank and credit card reconciliations and is experienced at administering payroll. He possesses advanced Quickbooks and Excel skills. Yaron has native fluency in Hebrew.
